How assessments are built and scored
GlobalPass+ uses a documented competency framework, versioned items and automated scoring. Each paid assessment issues a GlobalPass Score, competency breakdown, score report and certificate.
What the assessments cover
8 reporting domains are scored. Coverage and difficulty vary by assessment.
- Analytical reasoning — Logic, evidence, assumptions and structured problem-solving.
- Quantitative and data literacy — Probability, estimation, financial reasoning and data interpretation.
- Communication — Comprehension, concise writing and audience-aware communication.
- AI and digital literacy — AI evaluation, privacy, source validation and responsible tool use.
- Cultural adaptability — Cross-cultural interpretation, adaptation and conflict resolution.
- Ethical judgement — Integrity, fairness, responsible data and technology use.
- Learning agility — Feedback, error correction and transfer to unfamiliar problems.
- Collaborative decision-making — Prioritisation, delegation and stakeholder decisions under uncertainty.

GlobalPass Score
Your overall assessment result.
GlobalPass Score. Percent-correct on that assessment, mapped onto a 300–900 scale. The scale is the same numerically across pathways; it is not a statistically equated comparison of different assessments.
Competency subscores. 0 to 100 for each reporting domain.
Performance band. A label on the 300–900 scale, taken from the scoring configuration — not a separate test.
Index ranks. If you opt in later, global rank is your place across all eligible published results, continent rank is your place in that region, and assessment rank is your place among candidates on the same pathway.
Versioning
Once a completed attempt uses an assessment, test form or scoring model, that version is kept. Corrections create a new version instead of altering historical results.
AI in item authoring
AI can draft items for review and help identify possible duplication. Drafts pass automated quality checks and recorded review before they enter the active bank. Scoring uses pinned rules. Items can later be revised or retired without changing historical results. Model, prompt and reviewer records are versioned.
